DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
No, in the state of Ohio patients are allowed direct access to physical therapy. However, your primary healthcare provider will be notified within five days of your initial evaluation.
HOW OFTEN WILL YOU NEED APPOINTMENTS?
We strive to provide personalized rehabiliation programs that vary in length depending on your injury. Our team of therapist will work with you to decide the best plan of care fitting your schedule.
WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
In Motion PT accepts most major insurances. To determine your Copay and cost of services please check with your insurance provider. Typically, patients are allotted a specific number of physical therapy per year that insurance will pay towards. Please call your insurance provider to find out more information if you have questions about physical therapy coverage.
